Primary Schools Cross Country

 

Big congratulations to all those who took part in the Primary Schools Cross Country. Hundreds of youngsters from a growing number of schools in the county take part in these events each year. It is part of the Meath Athletics Board development plans to introduce more new comers to the sport.

Sarah Caulfield came 3rd overall

St. Mary's 4th Class Team came 2nd

St. Mary's 6th Class Team came 3rd

Kilbride 4th Class Team came 2nd

St Michaels PS also participated in the Primary Cross Country. Ciarán Gallagher came 2nd in the 3rd class run.
5th class boys came 3rd overall.
6th class boys came 2nd overall.

National Secondary Schools Cross Country Competition

 

Well done to Jack O'Donnell who came 16th overall, with over 100 participating, this is a great achievement

 

Join our club

We have juvenile and adult training groups. We cover track and field, cross country, road running and trail/ mountain running. Club coaches have undertaken Athletics Ireland coaching courses and many of them bring years of experience and knowledge to share with members.
