Unevens ages

Well done to all who competed to-day in Fr. Murphys for the Uneven age group Cross Country.

Thanks to the host club for the excellent venue and great underfoot conditions despite earlier fears of a deluge.

It was an absolutely fabulous day where the sun shone in abundance.

We had 2 individual medals and two medal winning teams.

The top 12 in both the Uneven and Even age groups are automatically entered into the Leinsters to represent Meath.

U/15 Girls

Fantastic team effort with strong performances and a persistance which paid off in the end. The strong running by each member of this squad had a huge impact on the result. with one lap to go the team was lying in 4th place scrapping for third. Katie Mulchrone battled to the line for her silver medal and the rest of the team got stuck in to rise to silver in the team placings.
