Join our Couch to Braveheart 5km. On Tuesday 16 April Trim AC will begin its 2019 preparation for the Braveheart 5km. We offer beginners expert advice and guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals in 2019.

We are working on bringing another special race at a very special venue. In the recent RUNIRELAND 2019 poll our Braveheart 5km race topped the national rankings in the short race category.
AThis years race will once again feature in the KIA RACE SERIES organised in conjunction with our timing partners Popup Races.
