2 weekends of juvenile action at nationals

Day 1
National Juvenile Championships in Tullamore 7th July 2019 3rd in U19 Girls Hammer Caoimhe. She didn’t throw as well as she would like to on the day but had a great year in Hammer overall. National Junior & U23 Championships Tullamore 6th July 2019
4th Junior Girls 4x400m relay team; Caoimhe Rowe, Jennifer Nugent, Esha Hughes and Zoe McEvoy. Great team effort.
Day 2
Well done to Jennifer Nugent and Patrick Brophy at the all Ireland Juvenile Track & Field Competition Both Jennifer and Patrick competed to-day in the 400m sprint. Up first was Jennifer where there was 2 heats. Jennifer was in Heat 1 and sailed through to the final after coming 2nd place. Not much recovery time when Jennifer put in a mighty race and just missed out on a medal coming in 4th position
Next up was Patrick where he has just come back from injury and with little training behind him, he stormed his way to the final Again with little recovery time, Parick came home in a solid 7th place
