Ratoath win by Ava
Well done to Ava Costello on her win at the Ratoath AC 5km. Underage athlete Ava ran a very good time of 19.23. In the half marathon the club was well represented as many continue on their path to DCM 2019.

PORT BEACH TRIATHLON
Port Triathlon Pulse Tri club staged the final round of the nation triathlon championships in and around Port Beach, Clogherhead and Dunany on Sat. 14 Sept. Ernest Asensio Blasco was 4th overall and 1st in the M4549 grade. The third round of the Donadea Duathlon took place on Saturday. Joe Cosgrove completed it in 64.37.
LOUGH DERG QUEST
Quinton wins category at Lough Derg Well done to Quinton Bourke winner of the M40 grade in the QUEST Lough Derg which was staged on Lough Derg and counties Clare and Tipperary in ideal weather conditions. He put in a great effort over all disciplines to come home (literally for a Clareman) in a time of 2h57. There was a good representation from our ranks with Andy Reilly,3h32m, Karen Westphal,5h16 and Dalene Reilly just 22 seconds behind.
