Belfast Half 2019

Mick Counsel and Stephen Parry headed to the Belfast Half on Sunday 22 Sept. The course was conducive to running a fast time but the weather conditions were tricky with heavy showers and rising winds. Mick was very pleased to knock 2m20s off his previous best over the distance. For Stephen this race was his debut over the half marathon distance and he was happy to get this one under his belt. Among those taking part was our former club mate Eoghan Harford and the trio had a reunion photo taken for the records.
