Big 6 finished in Style by Andrew

Trim runners were in action in a number of races over the weekend including the London marathon where Andrew Revington completed his Big 6 World Marathons adding to Boston, Berlin, Chicago,New York and Tokyo. He was just 36 seconds outside the three hour mark.
The other Trim runners taking part in London were Quinton Bourke,3.43.18; Robert Farrell,3.43.32;Tony Ryan,3.51.00;Mark Ginnerty,4.43.24.
Back home in Ireland Brian Cully ran the latest edition of the Inis Mor half Marathon in aid of Temple St Childrens Hospital. Brian has ran every edition of this race since its inception seventeen years ago. On the county Galway mainland Aisling Joyce took on the rigours of the Connemara Half which takes in the Leenane to Maam road. She clocked it in 1h46 for a nice debut at the distance. Anke Hannuka ran her first half marathon in Wexford in 1h52.
