Braveheart donation to National Rehab Hospital

Trim AC has made a presentation to the Nataional Rehabilitation Hospital , Dun Laoghaire fro monies raised by the 2019 Braveheart 5km.

Thanks to all the runners and sponsors whose support for our Bravehear 5k has enabled the club to make a donation to the NRH.

The National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin, is an Irish publicly funded hospital that provides rehabilitation treatment for patients who have a physical or cognitive disability due to illness or injury.

Club member Niamh McMorrow along with her mother Mairead made a presentation from proceeds of our recent race to Edel Lambe from National Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation. Niamh was a patient at the NRH earlier this year and conitinues to make great progress with her recovery.

Join our club

We have juvenile and adult training groups. We cover track and field, cross country, road running and trail/ mountain running. Club coaches have undertaken Athletics Ireland coaching courses and many of them bring years of experience and knowledge to share with members.
