Busy Saturday for Trim athletes

Kenmare conQUESTed by Ellen Vitting once again. Expert course champion of Quest Kenmare. She put in another great performance over tough and challenging terrain near her family home in Templenoe. Congratulations.

 

                  

Ava Costello representing Scoil Mhuire crossing the line in 20th place at the All Ireland schools xc in Santry Demense. Well done to Ava and Scoil Mhuire. Her coach Pat Comey and schools coach Moira Groome were delighted with her perfornmmance in the Inter Girls race. Thanks to Sharon and Mick for the pix.

Well done to Jonathan Nangle on his great AG result in the European Duathlon cships. He was delighted with performance, 9th in age category.. pb of 16:04 for 5k. Averaging 39.9k on bike. Very competitive race staged in great conditions along Spains Atlantic coast.

Join our club

We have juvenile and adult training groups. We cover track and field, cross country, road running and trail/ mountain running. Club coaches have undertaken Athletics Ireland coaching courses and many of them bring years of experience and knowledge to share with members.
