Meath Cross Country DAY 1
The first day of the county cross country cships took place at Broadmeadow Equestrian Centre where the St Andrews Club from Ashbourne hosted their first county cross country championship in many years. Many Trim runners of a certain vintage would remember races in the 70s and 80s taking place at Kilsallaghan. The current crop of Trim youngsters put in some notable individual and team performances and are looking forward to the next round of uneven age races next Sunday 11 Oct in Frayne, Athboy.
