Endurance events talk

Friday 11 October @ 7.30pm there will be an Endurance Events information evening at Study Hall 1, Scoil Mhuire, Patrick St Trim ( girls secondary school). One of Ireland leading endurance events coaches will be there to answer your questions.
Robert Denmead is an international level 3 athletics coach who works with Paul Robinson St Cocas AC in Kilcock an internationally ranked 800m and 1500m runners. In the past he coached the then 39 yer old Pauline Curley, Tullamore Harriers to the Beijing Olympic Marathon and the 2012 national 1500m champ Colin Costello to a European junior title over 1500metres.
He will make a presentation on preparation, training, race strategies, nutrition and recovery. This information evening will be of particular benefit to the many local runners taking part in the Dublin Marathon of those planning to get involved in endurance event in 2014.
