Jennifer Nugent third in AIT event

On Saturday 12 Dec the versatile Jennifer Nugent finished 2nd in her heat and 3rd in the final of the 200 metres of the 4 Counties indoor track and field meet in Athlone IT Arena. Athletes from Meath, Kildare, Laois and Wicklow took part in this season opener at the indoor venue. it should set them up with valuable expereince in advance of the provincials in spring.

Join our club

We have juvenile and adult training groups. We cover track and field, cross country, road running and trail/ mountain running. Club coaches have undertaken Athletics Ireland coaching courses and many of them bring years of experience and knowledge to share with members.
