Leinster Indoors win by Shane Aston & Moira Groome

  • Shane Aston competing in the Heptathlon. Second place after 4 events on Day 1. He finished strongly with an 10 second PB in the 1000m to taake victory over the two days.

  • Moira Groome 1st in 60m and 2nd in 200m and is progressing well in advance of her European masters indoor championships in Portuagal next month
  •  
  • Caoimhe Rowe 2nd 60m hurdles for junior women
  • Ava Costello 4th in 3000m in 11m01.49
  • Jennifer Nugent competed in the 400m
  • Seamus Anderson in the 3000m.

Join our club

We have juvenile and adult training groups. We cover track and field, cross country, road running and trail/ mountain running. Club coaches have undertaken Athletics Ireland coaching courses and many of them bring years of experience and knowledge to share with members.
