Caoimhe Rowe , Trim AC won the U19 400 metres hurdles and hammer and Jennifer Nugent finished second in the U17 400 metres at the Leinster championships in Tullamore.
Caoimhe ran a smooth race in the hurdles and set a new pb of 68.37 and threw an impressive 31.91metres in the hammer. Jennifer ran a nw pb of 27.39 as well as her great 400m result.
