Team Murphy's International Racing

In the 10km which was run in conjunction with the the marathon Jane Murphy clocked a time of 51m. The Aer Arann Inis Mor half marathon took place on Saturday and among the runners was Longwood man Brian Cully. Over the past twelve years Brian has taken part in each staging of the Aran island event. He has raised many thousands of euro for Temple street childrens hospital and this year he completed the course in 1h43. Another member of Trim AC who is racking up the big mileage this spring is Mark Melia who completed his third marathon in five weeks on the seafront at Clontarf in the latest round of the Irish Marathon Club race series.
