Masters done good

Meath Masters CC took place in Freyne last Sunday. Individual medals were awarded to Lynette Ui Murchu,1st,W35, Laura Cotter,2nd W40,Bernei Kavanagh,3rd,W50. Kieran Corcoran,2nd M35, Sean Murphy 2nd M40, Enda Markey,2nd M45, David Hawcroft ,2nd M60. Three teams from the club contested the Meath Masters CC in Freyne last Sunday. Each squad finished on the podium. The mens over 35 team of Sean Murphy, Kieran Corcoran, Enda Markey, Mark Saunders, Conrad McGonagle,Paul Hegarty, Declan Swords finished 2nd club team. The womens over 35 team took third club team behind Dunshaughlin AC and Na Fianna. Running with them were Lynette Ui Murchu, Laura Cotter, Audrey McHale, Emma Parkinson, Anita Rogers, Angela Bourke, Dorenda Magee, Karina McDonagh, Geraldine Caulfield and Bernie Kavanagh. In the mens over 50 team of Ciaran Tobin, Brian Cully, Martin BroganDavid Hawcroft, John Rowe, finished runners up to Bohermeen.
