Club meeting Meeting in Scoil Mhuire, 8.30pm start, Monday 19th October. Leinster Schools Combined events The Leinster Schools Combined events championships will take place in the AIT ARENA , Athlone on Weds. 21 October. Best of luck to our athletes taking part. LONGWOOD 10km Longwood 10km is next Sun 18 Oct . Trim AC are the permit holders for this race which is being staged by CLG Longwood.
Leinster CC Day 1 Leinster EVEN AGES juvenile,MASTERS AND NOVICE CC will be staged at Moyvalley Golf Club on Sun 25 Oct. Looking forward to putting a few club squads into these race thoughout the categories. Sprint Relay Coaching course A Sprint Relay Workshop for coaches will take place on Sunday November 1st at Tallaght AC from 1pm – 3pm. This workshop will look closely at the basics of coaching Sprint Relays including - The warm up, squad drills, change zones, check marks and passing technique.
