Trim Athletic club was represented at Park Runs in two provinces over the weekend. For many of the runner it was their first time taking part in Park Run In Castletown near Celbridge Susan Clancy was first woman home in a time of 22.43. next home for Trim was Sandra Fetherstone,24.14;Sarah Cribben,25.34;Louise Hayes,26.47;Louise Melia,26.47.
In the very scenic setting of Cross Loop in Erris,Co.Mayo Audrey McHale ran 24.06 in wet and windy conditions just seconds behind Tri an Mhi member Marie Gorman. Audreys husband Trevor McDonnell,Tri an Mhi ran it in 20.15 the second fastest ever on the course.
Closer to home last Saturday, James Picking took part in the Navan version in Blackwater Park recording a time of 21.31.
