Race number pick up VOLUNTEERS

We are organising a numbers pick up on the Saturday afternoon at race HQ in the Diocesan Hall between 4 pm and 7pm.
If you are one of the lucky ones taking part in the race could you please volunteer an hour or so on the Saturday to give out race numbers at the pre race number pick up.
If you are a parent and are not involved in any of the race activities we welcome your cooperation.
There are nearly 40 people volunteering to work on raceday for our 10 mile road race on Sunday 1 February. They will register, steward, pace, cater and clean up. Many of them are foregoing their chance to take part.
The club is trying to make registration on race day as hassle free as possible. The online registration figures are better than expected so we need your help.
