Round 1 Trim Castle Duathlon

Great venue, great course and some great performances by Trim Athleticclub members at the first ever Trim Castle Duathlon organised and brilliantly staged by Tri An Mhi. Watch out for the next edition on Sunday 30 March. Congrats to Ellen Vitting 1st in the W20-34 grade and just a stride off the podium overall. Well done to Denise Molloy 2nd W35+, Gearoid Rogers for his 70min. performance,John Lee is back in action with a 62 min effort and a great debut in duathlon by Declan Swords.
