Ideal weather conditions prevailed for the 2019 edition of the Dingle Marathon and Half Marathon in beautiful west Kerry on Saturday 7 September. Sean Murphy recorded a memorable victory clocking 2h49.41. Clubmate James Guiheen picked a very challenging course to break the three hour mark when he finished an impressive fourth in 2h57.28. Stephen O'Neill ran 4h27.28.
In the Dingle Half Marathon Niall Feeney finished in a time of 1h42.14.
We have juvenile and adult training groups. We cover track and field, cross country, road running and trail/ mountain running. Club coaches have undertaken Athletics Ireland coaching courses and many of them bring years of experience and knowledge to share with members.
