Sprint relay coaching course

A Sprint Relay Workshop for coaches will take place on Monday June 12th at Le Chéile Athletic Club , Leixlip, Co. Kildare from 7:30pm – 9:30pm. This workshop will look closely at the basics of coaching Sprint Relays including - The warm up, squad drills, exchange zones, check marks and baton exchange technique.
