Fantastic 2nd in Dingle Marathon
Sean Murphy shaved a few seconds off his previous best in the Marathon when he completed the scenic but very challenging 26 plus mile journey through west Kerry. Sean was very pleased to run 2.49.08 and take runner up spot to Eoin Sugrue. The Dingle Marathon is a permanent fixture on his calendar and he looks on the challenge as a good marker for form in the run in the the DCM each year. It can throw up a variety of conditions apart from the contours and elevations along the road. The prevailing south westerlies often scupper the best laid plans but this year Sen made the most of relatively calm conditions for a great morale boosting run.

3 Provinces Challenge at ARVA Co Cavan
Brian Cully ran 2h22m on an tough course with a persistant knee issue which is hampering his prep for NY Marathon. Grreat gutsy effort nonetheless. He really does push to the limit for Temple St Hospital.
