U23 European selection for Harry

Congratulations to Harry Purcell on his selection for the Irish team to take part in the European U/23 championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland. He will run the 400m individual and be part of the national 4x400m relay squad.

Two other members of Meath clubs will be also in the Irish team Andrew Coscoran, SOSAC(1500m &5km) and Owen Russell, St Andrews AC(hammer). In the 1500m Kevin Kelly from nearby St Cocas will also wear the green. Well done to all these lads who continue their journey from successful juvenile/junior careers to top level international competition.

Join our club

We have juvenile and adult training groups. We cover track and field, cross country, road running and trail/ mountain running. Club coaches have undertaken Athletics Ireland coaching courses and many of them bring years of experience and knowledge to share with members.
