Womans team victory in Athboy

Well done to our womens team of Ava Costello,19.12; Cailin McDonagh,19.42;Helen Hartnett,20.21 and Ciara Delany Stewart 21.30 scored an impressive team victory on 65 points with 28 points to spare over both Star of Sea and Dunshaughlin who both amassed 93 with countback dividing them.
Ava won the junior womens grade. In the mens categories Tm Feely lead the team home in 17.13 for 2nd place in M35. In M40 Quinton Bourke , 17.27 was 4th, Enda Markey was 3rd M50 in a time of 18.27 John Nugent,2nd M55,19.17,Pat Corcoran,20.56, 4th in his new age group M60 and Gearoid McGee was 3rd MJun 19.07.
